You are immediately eligible to participate in the Savings Plan if you are an employee on the direct U.S. payroll of ConocoPhillips.

In order to receive the Company match and any Company discretionary contributions, you must enroll with Vanguard and contribute a minimum of 1% of your eligible pay. Please allow one business day from your start date for system updates.

You are always 100% vested in your contributions, as well as Company matching and Company discretionary contributions.

After three years of service with the Company, you are 100% vested in any Company retirement contributions.
